Tanelle helped me find the claim paper work I needed and provided me with a super bill to submit to insurance. When insurance denied my claim/super bill, Tanelle helped guide me to find the form to fill out for an appeal. I wrote a letter and appealed the denied claim and was provided full reimbursement through my insurance for my at home birth midwifery services (prenatal and postnatul)!
